My fee is $200 a session or $200 an hour for Ketamine- Assisted Psychotherapy sessions. I am able to offer a reduced rate for those who qualify- however all of those available hours are currently taken.

Insurance
If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company will likely reimburse you for my services. If so, on a monthly basis, I will provide you with an invoice containing the necessary coding and information that insurance companies require to process your claim. Contact your insurance company to see if your plan covers “out-of-network” mental health providers. You can check your coverage by asking the following questions:

1. Do I have out of network mental health (or behavioral health) insurance benefits?

2. What is my out of network deductible (if any) and has it been met yet by other medical expenses?

3. What is the coverage amount (or percentage) per therapy session?

Some insurance companies that I’ve worked with “out-of-network” include: Aetna, Oxford, United Behavioral Health, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, HIP, Magellan Behavioral Health, and Value Options.

Payment 

Venmo, Zelle, credit card, or Paypal are accepted for payment. Payment is accepted on a weekly basis.
